The Sega 32X is emulated by the Libretro PicoDrive core, the only one available for this system. Your games go in /recalbox/share/roms/sega32x and may carry the .32x, .bin, .md and .smd extensions, as well as .zip and .7z.
Nothing needs configuring: games launch straight away. Netplay and RetroAchievements are both supported.
32X emulation is still imperfect on a handful of titles. If you run into one of the following, it is not a problem with your setup:
