Vircon32 is a fantasy console: a machine that never physically existed, but whose hardware specifications are fully documented and frozen. It simulates a 32-bit console in the spirit of 90s machines and comes with its own development tools. Games, created by the community, are distributed as virtual cartridges in the .v32 format.
